What we collect and why

Visiting the site

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type, to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse. Cloudflare keeps these logs for a limited time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(1) FADP).

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views, the referring site, browser, device type and country, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third-party scripts

Two script libraries used for layout and animation are loaded from content delivery networks operated by Webflow, Inc. and Amazon CloudFront. Loading them sends your IP address to those providers. Fonts are served from our own site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Booking a demo

If you submit the demo form, we collect your first and last name, company email, company, role, and anything you write in the details field. The form is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare's email service (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes it on our behalf. We use this data only to answer your request and, if you want, to arrange a demo. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 31(2)(a) FADP). We keep demo requests only as long as needed for that purpose and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Writing to us

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Who receives your data

Only Soverli AG staff who handle your request see it. Our service providers are Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and delivery of form submissions), our email provider, and our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we may record demo requests to follow up on them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Some of the service providers behind this website, such as Cloudflare, are based in the United States. Where website data goes to a country without adequate data protection, we rely on the Swiss-US or EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable format, and, where processing rests on legitimate interest, object to it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, in the EU, your national supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@soverli.com.
